Steps to adopting a Sugar Pine Doodle, Australian Labradoodle Puppy

  1. Fill out our Application

  2. We will review your application and approve or ask additional questions. Check your email for your approval message and follow the steps. Sometime emails are lost in the junk email blackhole so please text us if you don’t hear back within 48 hours.

  3. Once approved you can make a deposit at Reserving & Payments with the password listed in your approval email. We do not pre-sell or push for deposits on unborn litters. If you are approved for a Sugar Pine Doodle, will accept a non-refundable deposit of $515 ($500 deposit plus 3% fee to online payment collection) if we believe you to be committed, understand our process and still want to adopt after reading our contract.

  4. Once a non-refundable deposit payment is made you will be in our passworded Depositor Portal listed by date of deposit made. Password is provided in our approval email.

  5. We will not message you again until it’s puppy selection time. Photos of the current available puppies will be in the Puppy Selection Portal for at least 24 hours prior to selection starting. A text message is sent to each depositor in the order of deposits made announcing the new litter(s). Each family has 24 hours to respond letting us know they will be selecting a puppy or waiting for the next litters.

  6. A second message will come the following day, in order of deposits made, allowing families to select their puppy. Each family has 2 hours to respond to select their puppy before we allow the next family to make their selection.

  7. When a family selects their puppy we will answer all questions and provide any extra details to help in their selection and full payment is collected at this time. Once payment is made we schedule pickup date or delivery date.

  8. Weekly we upload updated puppy pictures to our Dropbox folder and these links are provided under each puppy’s photos and information. As puppies are selected we remove the photos and information so it’s important for each family to save their Dropbox folder link.

Pricing: Many of our puppies have very unique markings. So for this reason, our puppies are approximately $3500 to $4200 and up, and may be more or less based on physical attributes and parentage.

Sugar Pine Doodles reserves the right to hold back, switch or exchange any puppy for any reason.
